CraftMate is a CRM and communication platform designed for craftsman to manage all client interactions in one place. The concept aims to reduce administrative workload through intelligent automation and AI support, helping users focus on their actual craft.
The app serves as a central hub for emails, notes, project details, and deadlines — acting as a digital companion that keeps everything organized and accessible at any time.
The design process began with extensive research into the everyday workflows of craftsman, identifying pain points in communication and documentation. From there, I developed user flows, low-fidelity wireframes, and finally detailed high-fidelity designs in Figma.
My main focus was on simplicity, clear navigation, and accessibility. I created flexible layouts and a modular design system that could adapt to future product expansions such as document handling, voice interaction, and multi-channel communication.
AI integration was a key element — I designed interaction models that allow users to perform tasks through natural language and voice commands, while maintaining full control over AI actions.
The result is a user-friendly, AI-powered CRM concept that streamlines communication between craftsman and their clients. The design emphasizes clarity, efficiency, and trust, making complex processes intuitive and easy to manage.
CraftMate establishes a strong foundation for a voice-controlled, automation-driven tool that meets modern usability and accessibility standards while supporting real-world needs in the crafts industry.
